To ensure maximum high-quality relative to format, consistency, completeness, accuracy, quality, influence and engagement, Dhavan enforces and follows a standardized LQA process that checks multiple translation elements, including:
Missing / Redundant Translation
Spelling (Detectable & Undetectable)
Instructions Ignored
Internal Inconsistency (Both Serious & Minor Errors)
Linguistic Inaccuracy (Both Serious & Minor Errors)

Translation Quality
We use only certified translators carefully selected to match the subject matter and content of your project. Our translations meet and exceed international quality standards. Further, we provide a 100% accuracy guarantee for all of our translations. We stand by all of the translations performed by our translators. If you are not completely satisfied with a completed translation, we will fix it, free of charge, until it meets your full satisfaction. If there are any issues or questions with one of our translations, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the quality and accuracy of your translations.
By using our proprietary translator database we research and select the translators before we assign your project, we ensure the most qualified and suitable team of translators, proofreaders and reviewers work on your project. We take our clients’ trust in us seriously and hold quality as our guiding principle We at Trusted Translations have a proven track record of providing high-quality translation services.
Our normal translation process consists of translation, editing and proofreading performed (TEP) by three different certified linguistic teams. Once the proofreading step is complete, the deliverables must pass a final quality assessment test before they are released to the client.
Project Quality is often an area of confusion. People mix up process quality and product quality. More than that, quality is often either cut or bypassed altogether. The first step to achieving project quality is to understand it, its importance and how it can transform a project.
